San Marco Group
The San Marco Group coordinates the activities of 11 manufacturing /commercial sites located in different European countries and 7 brands. The Group was established to manage the strategy for growth and expansion of San Marco Group Spa, which in the 2000s moved in two directions: the acquisition of Italian and foreign companies and the creation of a portfolio of brands. ABC, founded in 1954 in Ancona, joined the San Marco Group in 1997.
The creation of a group of companies and a portfolio of brands, acquired and developed also from the inside, enables to expand the business opportunities into new markets, new customers' segments, new applications.
Each company and each brand has a specific role, and the Group has the task of enhancing the qualities, defining positionings, reducing duplication, exploiting synergies and economies of scope.
